Japan-Central Asia U-15 Football Exchange Program: Management and marketing training held at KIRIN Challenge Cup 2015 28 March, 2015

“SPORT FOR TOMORROW Japan-Central Asia U-15 Football Exchange Program” is being held from 23-30 March in J-GREEN Sakai, Osaka to support establishing Central Asia Football Association.

The program also aims to promote the abilities of tournament management and marketing of the participating countries and one person from each country is invited to come to Japan as management or marketing staff. They had a chance to have training through visiting the international match on KIRIN Challenge Cup between SAMURAI BLUE, Japan National Team and Tunisia National Team which was held on 27 March in Oita Sports Park. They had a tour of the stadium before the match started, and then a marketing officer of Japan Football Association held a lecture for 2 hours. During the tour, the participants had a lot of questions and they had very productive time.

Comments

Anvarsho Mirzoev(Tournament management officer from Tajikistan)
I found the organization to manage the match was brilliant. I also learned a lot about security tips. It was impressive to see security officers and volunteer staff guided the audience kindly. Apart from the quality of play, I found a lot of new things about event promotion. Thank you very much for giving us such a productive opportunity.

Firuz Khasanov(Marketing officer from Tajikistan)
I appreciate very much for having such an opportunity. It is a very good experience for me. I could understand some of the marketing related questions by questioning directly and I also got to understand the importance of sponsors. How they boosted the atmosphere of the crowd before the match was wonderful and I just want to make a visiting report and apply what I have learned here in my country.

Khaled Dalawar(Marketing Officer from Afghanistan)
It was impressive to see such a nice stadium, a positive audience, a good pitch, and well organized staff to manage the event; everything was prepared very well. I just thought that Japan will make a great success of hosting the other countries at the Olympic Games in 2020. I also learned about how to promote the goodness of football to our people through media and any sponsors. In our countries, we haven’t got this amount of audience, but I want to try my best to promote football more. Thank you very much.
