HASHIKAWA Kazuaki, Coach(JFA National Training Centre Chief Coach in Kyushu)
We had a game on the last day, 11-on-11 for U-14 for and 8-on-8 for U-13.
The focus of four day training was; looking up, techniques while moving, taking timely action and keeping involved in the play. The players were beginning to play with these advices in mind bit by bit. At closing session, we end up the training by emphasizing “It is important but how difficult to keep bearing these advices in their mind”. We managed to complete the training thanks to a great understanding and help from local staff, the teams they belong to, etc. I’d like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude.
FUJIMOTO Masahiro, Coach (Kyushu Training Centre Staff)
Lucky to have four days of clear sky, we could play football pleasantly the well-maintained natural turf. .
I was pleased to see positive changes in the players, reflected in the game of the last day. All the techniques including techniques while moving, quality of pass, timing and involvement with teammates. Another accomplishment of the camp was non-football aspect or practical side of life. On the first day, there was difference in attitude for taking a meal - some players took only favorite dishes on cafeteria-style meals and some players picked the dishes considering the balance of nutrition. More players began to pick the meal that way. I am expecting them to keep doing the things they learned in four day camp and building up their skills and hope for their success in the future.
YOSHIOKA Minto (U-14 Player)
I definitely want to keep doing the things I learned in the defense and offense practice. It was fun living with other players and spent fulfilling time with them.
UENO Masaki(U-13 Player)
I became strongly conscious of; shooting for small target, looking up before receiving the pass. I am going to keep working hard. I had a good time with the players from other regions.
