Runa Konomi (Hirokawa Flowers FC/Fukuoka)
(About Trunk Training)Our team members worked on Trunk Training sometimes. But we didn’t do it everyday. Although I hadn’t been conscious of abdominal muscle, I learned it through the lecture and I am doing it everyday with intention. I will try this training with my team’s members.

(About logical communication skill)I wondered if communication skill would be really necessary for football until the lecture started. In the lecture, I learned self-introduction, Q&A game, Q&A compositions, poem cloze quiz, speaking, writing and discussion.
In the Q&A game, I had to think about two reasons for one question and learned the importance and difficulty of expressing my own thoughts in words depending on other people’s feelings. In the poem cloze quiz, I had a fruitful time by discussing with three people and listening to other people’s different opinions which I didn’t come up with.
Throughout these lectures, my view was different from the others’ and I realized it’s necessary to have many different thinking styles. The same holds true for football. There were moments when my teammates chose different plays even if those plays were different from my imagination. So, I noticed answer isn’t just one. I want to value discussion with my teammates by communicating each other clearly from now on.。
Dohi Honoka (Albirex Niigata Ladies U-15/Niigata)
(About Nutrition)I took a nutrition seminar at night on the 2nd day.
I used to take care to eat with balance on a routine basis, but what the instructor showed about how an d how much we should eat was totally different from my custom. I need to improve my dietary life although I was satisfied with my style.
If your eating style and volume are different, dietary life changes drastically. I took breakfast and dinner consciously the next day. I’ll make the most of what I learned this time for the future life and tours!
Haruka Maki (FC Vitoria/JFA Academy Sakai/Osaka)
(About training)I got especially 2 points through the training. One is to have many choices in the first touch with eye on situation around me. The other one is to be always conscious with goal considering physical direction. Both are very simple, but can’t be done without consciousness, so I want to play always keeping the both things in mind. I learned the importance to play communicating with my teammates in the training.
I’m sure “watch and notice”, which I learned in this elite programme, is extremely important and want to get good results not only in football but also in other occasions. I decided to challenge many things from now on.
Suzuka Tamura(FC Vitoria/JFA Academy Sakai/Osaka)
(About matches)What I first learned throughout matches is to watch around me carefully. I used to lose the ball because of being unable to do the above. But in comparison with the 1st day, I think I could play taking care of situations around me from the 2nd day. But my coach said “You’re doing well, but you’ll get more choices if you play with much more wider eye!”.Then, I thought back on my plays and realized I had not been able to do it. This camp changed my attitude of how I should train everyday.
Secondly I learned the importance of how to receive and keep the ball. The most important thing in order not to lose the ball is to keep it hiding and whatever I do, I need to use my body between the ball and opponent. It seems simple, but I think it’s hard. What I pay attention when I receive the ball is to be able to watch situation ahead of me because if my physical direction is backward, I can’t get situation ahead.
This was my first time to participate in the elite programme and I was very nervous, but I felt time went by fast after getting used to the programme. What I leaned in each training was beneficial. I’ll keep doing my best taking advantage of what I learned in this programme.
Arisa Fukai (Akita L.F.C. Youth/Akita)
(About sightseeing)We all went to the Noto Food Festival Market on the final day. 最Since the place is close to the sea, many fishes which I hadn’t seen before were on sale. I had a seafood bowl for lunch and it was very tasty with many kinds of fishes.
Later on, I went to the Notojima Aquarium on our way to the Noto Airport. I saw whale shark for the first time and got surprised with its size. In addition, there were lots of marine creature which I saw for the first time. What I got impressed most were shiny jelly fishes. Many jelly fishes were colouful and beautiful. I had fun with my teammates at the aquarium.
