The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) announced the referees in charge for the AFC Champions League (ACL), appointing YAMASHITA Yoshimi (referee), BOZONO Makoto (assistant referee), and TESHIROGI Naomi (assistant referee) for the match between Melbourne City FC (Australia) and Jeonnam Dragons (Republic of Korea) in Group G. This will be the first time that a trio of female referees will be in charge of a match in the ACL .
