Comment
MORIYASU Hajime, Coach (U-20 Japan National Team)
It is the first activity that I will be leading as a national-team coach and I am hoping to have an excellent start to my international coaching career. I will be looking across generations and find the players with potential, before I decide on the core players and finalise the team. I have selected the players for this tour in accordance with this vision. I have explained about the team concept to my players in the meetings. Seeing different talents and unique characteristics of the selected players, I am hoping that they will display their full strength as well. It is important that we spend time together and talk things over until we understand each other well. We are looking to create an atmosphere and environment where we all can perform without feeling any restraint as well.
