Japan beach soccer national team moved to Doha, Qatar, the venue for the AFC Beach Soccer Championship Qatar 2015 from Dubai where they held prep camp. As the climate of Doha was very similar to that of Dubai with a time difference of just an hour, they went on to the pitch, next to the game venue, and held training for about an hour right after they arrived there.

There were preparations for the stadium and surrounding facilities going on and gave them feeling of tensions of the qualifiers. After the training, head coach called up all the players in the center of the pitch and told them you sure to have a good result by emphasizing of importance of fighting as a team and show what they’ve been training. They left the pitch after standing in a circle.

I had a good preparation at prep camp in Dubai before arriving in Doha. I think we have better understanding of the team concept under instructions by head coach Marcelo. I want to play every game of Asian Qualifiers, especially paying close attention to the first match to earn World Cup berth without fail. Being the target of light teasing in the team, I am eager to cheer up the team as always been.

We arrived in Doha, the venue of showdown at last. I cannot help but playing the game as soon as I can. We have been holding series of good training since South America trip in January this year, only thing we left to do was to fight for the game. Nobody knows what will happen in a critical life-or-death situation but I am going to focus on winning the game.
