On 30 July, the final of the 21st Kagawa Prefectural Tournament was held in Kagawa Sports Park - Soccer & Rugby Stadium. R.VELHO Takamatsu defeated Takamatsu University 1-0 in extra time.

The winner of this tournament, R.VELHO Takamatsu, will participate in the "96th Emperor's Cup All Japan Football Championship" as the representative of Kagawa, who will play Cerezo Osaka in the first game on August 28.
