Class A Coach General Development Training – the fourth course mid-term held

Class A Coach General Development training’s the fourth course mid-term was held on 30 June to 5 July in J-GREEN Sakai, Osaka.
The objective of the training was to raise standard of coaching skill. The training contents were built according to the theme and followed by curriculum allowing participants to do a practical training for coaching.

MOCHIZUKI SATORU
As the mid-term is second time following first term in May, we had a meaningful time exchanging frankly about what they felt and thought for every participant knows the other members’ characteristics well and being colleague. On top of that, six day of the Class A coaching training was focused on creating the contents together with 33 participants and instructor, which was The concept of the training.
Many participants generated result for the homework given after first term “Each team to work on the practical implementation (coaching).”
It gave stimulus to participants for learning organizing training menu according to the theme and coaching consists of merging categorized key factors and own preferences. I am going to brush up my coaching skills and get ready for giving much effective advice to them as participants has been
