Class A Coach General Training Session: The Preceding Term for the Fourth Course
28 May 2014
The preceding term for the fourth course started on 12 May, and the course was held until 17 May at J-GREEN Sakai in Osaka. It was the first Class A Coach General Training Session held in Kansai region.
We had 32 participants with various experiences in teams such as Class 1 teams and women’s teams from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
Comments from Instructor
MOCHIZUKI Satoru
It became a fruitful session with different opinions and evaluation from participants.
I think that we were able to have this good atmosphere because we learned to have an “open mind” at the beginning of the training session.
I think it is also because the participants exchanged their opinions positively and had high level of practical skills.
Moreover, the cooperation from Hannan University Football Club had a huge influence on hands-on coaching.
I would like to work with instructors and participants to be well-prepared for the intermediate and latter terms and try to improve the level of their performance.
Comments from Participants
SHIROYAMA Taishi
All courses were great. Since they gave me a lot of stimulation, it was hard for me to handle it.
As for the practical skills, it was easy for me to digest the information since we had review after the hands-on coaching.
There was a lot of stimulation over all, and it became a substantial session.
I will try harder towards the intermediate term.
TANI Tomonori
The language technology course made me think that I could brush up my skills.
I was able to realize the most important thing by learning from instructors telling us to “have an open mind and build something up with everyone.”
When I was able to build upon the skills I learned as a result of working in pairs, I felt that I was able to take a larger view.
